ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, with international shipping coming soon.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days depending on demand and production time. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Can I change my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at voidfrequencyapparel@gmail.com. Once orders are submitted, they can not be cancelled. 

PRODUCTS

Are these limited runs?
Yes. All VOID FREQUENCY drops are limited releases. Once a design rotates out, it may not return.

How do your shirts fit?
Our garments are standard unisex fit. Size charts are available on each product page.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?
Because most items are printed on demand, we only accept returns for damaged or misprinted products.

How do I report an issue?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
